Birch bark containers

Hello. Here's my work glasses tincture of birch bark. Work in this little but gives a lot of joy.

I made the box of birch bark. I keep it for kindling fire tinder. I used willow sewing twine. Covering a piece of pine bark.

I like the glasses - are they attached to the bottom 'tubes?' and if so how?

Hello. No, the cups are simply lying. 'Pipes' are used as stands.
The edges are sewn cups. You can combine it with a piece of stick. It will then ready to handle.

The principle is similar. A circular piece of birch bark, we make the shape of a pyramid. Then you can sew or clamp the edge of a piece of stick. And there is warm water (not hot!). Well softens the bark.
