If you don't mind lots of guy lines, the SoulPad 5000-hybrid-G does seem to be amazing value.
Looks like a great shelter for summer and winter, takes a stove out of the box, has lots of family friendly accessories like carpet and If I had somewhere to dry one I would be tempted myself. Saw them at the wilderness gathering 3 years ago and the quality looked pretty good too.
