Bennachie (camping?)

So... i was just wondering if anyone up this way new anything about the rules of camping beside Bennachie? Just a one nighter in a bivi or something or in the woods around it? I'm not sure if it's forestry ground or not or what the deal is concerning this.

A couple of mates and i have done it wouldnt recommend it tbh Fly and midge infested is an understatment

hmmm i cannot stand flies, midges don't go for me but flies i cannot stand. I'll maybe wait til a bit later in year and give Bennachie a go then. Thanks for info.
