A very rare and sought after knife. The last one of these sold unboxed in used condition on eBay US for $150 a few years ago and there’s another with that as a starting price now with several days to go. This one, I’m afraid I can’t find the box, I’ve had the knife many years and wonder if the box may have gone because I thought I’d never actually part with the knife.

There’s something about this knife that feels really ‘just right’. The size is perfect and the action is buttery smooth, if Benchmade ever did a gentlemans knife this is it. It is a knife you will either understand the pricing, or wonder how on earth a used and unboxed knife could fetch so much. Anyway, possibly the most perfect gents EDC ever.

Blade is centred perfectly, condition is very good considering. There is a tiny ding in the Benchmade coating which is inevitable with their anodised aluminium handles, they blemish if you look at them funny. :)

Handle: Aluminium with micarta inlay
Blade: 2.95” 154CM steel

All in, inc fees and P&P, £100.

My apologies for being late with the pictures. I was in the middle of it yesterday evening and had to start cooking. Then completely forgot to go back and edit.

Hi Nice65. As i've just joined, i'm unable to see any enlarged pics that you've uploaded (of what looks like a cool little knife). Would you be able to send them to: venerateweb(at)gmail.com ?

Thanks

Hi and thanks for the interest, apologies but I’m not sending anything via email to an unknown source. Hopefully the thumbnails below are visible? It’s more likely as a new member you haven’t made enough posts to open up features of the forum.

Is there any chance this knife is still for sale?

I’ve been looking everywhere for one. It was my favorite pocket knife I’ve ever owned and lost mine two years ago.

It is :)

I put it back in the drawer. It’s one of those knives that unless you’ve had one you’ll never really “get” so I thought I’d keep it.

Yours if you want it though, it sees very little use apart from the occasional play to appreciate the action.

In light of your location I’d have to get a quote for shipping and make the necessary price adjustment.

Please do! I’d love to have one back in my possession!

No problem, I’ll get a shipping price to you tomorrow and we’ll take it from there.

It is knife only, no idea where the box or bag got to, but I can package securely and send it tracked so we can both see where it’s at.

No worries! The box is not important and I think I still have my previous sequel box. But yes just let me know what shipping will cost.

Any mods or admin out there know whether if I open a PM conversation with a new member (low post count) it opens the system for him? Saves bumping this thread with boring postage quotes and addresses etc?

He needs to post a few more times, and then the system opens up pms for him.
If he hits five 'approved' posts that ought to do it.

Right now he has three, tell him to post a couple more :)

Cheers. I think you’ve just done that for me, the telling him to post I mean ;)

Dropped him a PM anyway as an experiment to see if it opens up the system for the ‘under 5’s’ :D

@reecegreen05, do you now have a little envelope symbol top right?

Experience shows that a newbie getting a message from a Mod seems to scare many of them off :sigh: regardless of how benign the message.

Seems my PM to him has opened communications so we’re ok to sort this out by message now. Cheers.
