Been a long time since i made a spoon.

This spoon has travelled to Scotland twice and my local woods who knows how many times. Never seemed to have enough time to finish it so as we had some nice weather I managed to finish it up. It was just a bit of ash which was an off-cut from the end of a bow. Not the standard of some of the spoon gods on here but it should "serve" a purpose.

There are many things to make from the end of a bow stave! That's a fine bit of work mate, nice touch with the initials.

Smoooth. Haven't tried ash. Just came by some windfallen birch while away working and hope to pump out a few from that. Maybe I'll get a camera and post some pics.
