Yeh same. I was sooo angry. Got withdrawal symptoms. LOL Does anybody know why it happened?
Because of you, you made it happen, who cares, its back up, like any tech its prone to fail as it was made by humans.

My maker status seems to have disappeared since it has come back up too. It was there before it went.

Good for you mate! Im out next weekend doing an overnighter. Thank god i dont have much work over the winter. Ive missed bushcraft so much over the summer.

I got back from 4 days bushcrafting (building shelters etc, making cooking equipment, digging Gypsy wells, making various types of fires - with friends and a few sips of evening refreshment) - and there was no BcUK to look at ... scarey!
It is good to now find it back in place....

Amazingly I actually got some work done 
I had planned to go into work and catch up on some stuff anyway, but all to often that sly look at BCUK takes over from any actual work I had planned to do.
With no BCUK to distract me, I got a surprising amount done
