Thought I would show this one see what you think I've tried to keep it simple and basic but a bit different. :p It's from o1 to 59HRC, Purpleheart scale with brass loveless bolts and small brass lanyard tube, handle tapering to the butt ( Sorry about the rain in the pics but I can't do indoor pics)

Blade = 115mm x 3mm x 28 mm at widest

Handle 120mm

just thought I would do it different, feels comfortable, as it's got no finger coil or guard when you push on the knife your hand won't slip so easy up and onto the blade, reminds me of a Tanto
 
its the bolt holding the handle on instead of a rivet

looks like this befor you use it

you counter bore your wood handles and bolt this in tight then as you shape the handle you also sans the bolt head down as teh thread paer goes right thru you can normally see a mark in the middle ( as you can if you look at the piccy's above
