Just spent the morning testing out my new tarp in the garden.

Straight forward ridge tent using a hiking pole

Anyone spot the deliberate mistake?

Things I've learned: making a hiking pole stand up straight without falling over in the breeze is difficult, and I need a much longer piece of string to use as a guy line.

Looks good, always worth trying your set up out before having to do it the pouring rain on a windy hill side!
