Looks a bit overkill if you ask me! Sure it would be very safe but it would be uncomfortable to wear a backpack, it's pretty expensive and it would take a while to get to the thing!

WHats wrong with the regular belt style wear that comes in every gransfors....
It might not be too bad as a holster with side carry so it's not stopping a pack...
