Axe helve needed...24"

I cannot for love nor money find an axe helve for under 15 quid! If somebody has a shop near them that has any I would be most greatful if they could price one for me and I can then paypal for it plus postage. ,.........pretty please

never thought a bit of wood would be as expensive The 36" pick axe handles are only 4 squid in the local tool place

Come on, purchasing a helve?
you need a good peice of Ash and make your own.
I have four axes and two are on home made handles, gives you something to wittle over the winter nights and a great sense of achievement when done.
