Placed an order for a couple of Ammo boxes with this shower back in May. They havent arrived. I've tried ringing and emailing to no avail.

Am I wasting my time, should I just kiss the money goodbye?

If you paid by Credit card contact the card company, give them all the details and let them deal with it, if via Paypal, much the same, just open a case against the shop and Paypal will resolve it one way or tuther

In the woods if possible.
If you didn't pay by credit card or Paypal and so can'[t use that approach, at least write them a seven day letter. I've put a sample on another thread here somewhere, try this in a search engine:

"seven day letter" site:bushcraftuk.com

Most firms will respond to the threat of action under the Small Claims Procedure, if only because you can claim interest and reasonable costs in pursuing the claim such as postage, stationery, ans a *reasonable* amount for your time and trouble. There are strict rules but they're not difficult to follow and there's plenty of advice about it in booklets at the Courts and online.
