Suprised to see there isnt any threads or posts (that I can see) on the Argyle/Cowal Peninsula area.
Easy to get to via car, train and ferry, but once you are away from Dunoon, you could get lost for days amongst the lochs, glens and forests.
I was with the family, so didnt explore as much as I wanted, but to get away from it all - would recommend it highly!
