Bushwhacker is right. It's wall pennywort (cos it looks round like a penny) or Navelwort (cos it looks like a navel) It's definately edible and tases like cucumber a bit. A good snack if you're thirsty There's lots growing near me mainly in the Devon hedgebanks between the stones and on cliffs near the coast especially in Cornwall & Devon.
