I didnt have one personally but I remember going for a meet (not organised on here) once and there was someone there who was using one of these, seeing as he slept in that...without a tarp covering him! suggests that it was pretty good... I've sent him a message asking him if he'd recommend it. I'll let you know what he says 
lokks like a copy of the british army bag ,doesnt say wheather its goretex though just breathable.

my other (cheap) option is a Dutch breathable bivi, but I'm not sure about the fabric. Might go for an ex army bivi, but much as I can see the point of such a large bag (9ft) for storing your kit, I wonder about the added weight, esp if using a basha with it.
