Just drill out the old rivets, then use some small washers and a few pop rivets. It will probably be cheaper than the postage to send it to a leather worker. failing that, try a shoe repair shop, the old kind.
Thanks but I'd rather post and get it done properly. We have no proper shoe repair shops round here any more, only Timpsons .. and when I tried them for a repair to my watch strap they said it was too thick for them !
