Just wondering any olduns in my neck of the woods into Archery, shooting , or just walking the dog ?
I very often head up to the Elan valley area and then down to the coast in a day rideout on my motorbike , been thinking about spending longer in the mining valley and learning more about it , I have stopped and photographed the restoration work they are doing on the buildings there ."Oldun" I can equate to, but I'm a few miles further up the A470 for it to be a quick day trip!

Its a youngster compared to my 60 years of age I don't mind ,not as nimble as aI'm in Aber mate, and would like to meet up with bushcrafters! I am a complete novice though, although, way back, my old man was a gamekeeper and I shot extensively then, although excepting the RN, haven't shot for 20years.
Is 40 old enough?
I do get around most of Wales through the year as I have a camper van and use it even in winter touring , was up in the "Shooting show" last Feb. 2013 for four days - snowed most of the weekend and cold tooIf you ever get over Cardigan way......
