I very often head up to the Elan valley area and then down to the coast in a day rideout on my motorbike , been thinking about spending longer in the mining valley and learning more about it , I have stopped and photographed the restoration work they are doing on the buildings there ."Oldun" I can equate to, but I'm a few miles further up the A470 for it to be a quick day trip!

I'm in Aber mate, and would like to meet up with bushcrafters! I am a complete novice though, although, way back, my old man was a gamekeeper and I shot extensively then, although excepting the RN, haven't shot for 20years.Just wondering any olduns in my neck of the woods into Archery,shooting , or just walking the dog ?

I'm Pontypool. Never tried archery or shooting, but I have a dog I can walk.
