I'm currently in INdonesia at the moment, but leaving in a few hours to go to Singapore then Thailand. The hotel I'm in is selling the coffee beans that have been through the digestive tract of a Civet first, for some outrageous price. To me it all sounds a bit yuppy and pretentious, but even so I'm tempted to have a cup of it just to say I've tried it, even at $14 a mug (which, come to think of it, you have to be to pay that price)! Anyone tried it?

Aeropress is great (although someone threw out my filter holder so haven't been able to use it for ages)

Handpresso is heavier but more gadgety. I drink espresso at home and can never get decent results with it

As much as it pains me to say it, the new Starbucks sachets are quite palatable and certainly less hassle/weight than probably any other method
