Don't worry, I'm not getting all maudlin, but the last couple of days at work have been a mite stressful if I'm honest.

Anyway, that's not the point of the post.

We went to see the film of the above name last night, you may have seen it advertised as Robert Redford versus the wild ocean if you've been to the flicks recently.

If you've seen it, what did you think without giving any details away?

I thought it was a bold bit of film making with some lovely photography and was a genuine thriller to boot. There were also a couple of survival kit scenes to keep you happy as well.

I enjoyed the film too. Very real and gritty but not over the top. Redford gave a great performance of a man just grinding on from problem to problem.

Yes, there was a lot that you could take from it about never giving up and keeping calm.
