Thought I'd post that Waitrose is doing Samphire on it's larger fish counters.
I used to love this stuff as a kid and used to go out with my folks to get it when I was living in Skegness-Not just a tourist spot, it has expansive sand dunes and mud flats. It only needs cooking for a couple of minutes and I like it with vinegar.
It's £1.99 a pack but if you've ever wondered what it's like, it is stocked regularly.
