OK this has got strangely interesting. The only other knives I can think of still in production with a 35 year old design are some of the Swiss Army folders and Opinel are there others?
 
There will be quite a few I'd imagine. Every region has a classic design.

Douk-Douk, Mercator K55K, Laguiole

Buck 110 has been around over 50 years.

Spanish Navaja pocket knives have been around since the 1600s, and still in production.

There are dozens if not hundreds of designs and makers who have stood the test of time

Thats just a bit of tat that sells to kids
 
I had an all metal construction one of those survival knives, resently found it, and then threw it out.

As a kid, I was drawn to it as well, cannot believe how stupid I was to like something this dangerous in design. I remember having to keep checking the blade bolt was still done up...

The more fun versions had the wire cutting function and the built in Catapult :-0
