Well normally I flog stuff on ebay but I have a very decent Musto hunting/ shooting jacket and trousers and thought perhaps to advertise them in a specialist magazine or web site. I really am out of touch having left the UK a couple of years ago on that scene so if anyone has a suggestions where best to try I would appreciate the advice either here or pm.

For info it is a Musto 'Highlands Jacket GTX and matching Highland overtrousers GTX. I brought them a while back but shamefully they only got as far as the the stands of Bath Rubgy on Saturdays  great kit but just not what I want for bushcraft.

Thanks

I bought a Musto this year from the game fair. I'm very pleased with it so far. It seams to be waterproof and looks smart enough for shooting. :super:

I agree though, probably not a pure bushcraft coat.
It might be an idea to have a look on the shooting times website (http://www.countrylife.co.uk/stimes/home_news.php), there's a forum on there you may be able to get an answer from them.

Good luck

This place is quite good. I lets you use your ebay feedback as a starting point for trading. I don't know how many people are there looking so you wont get the same fever as you do on ebay. But then musto on ebay sometimes makes a good price and sometimes not.

Are you willing to split them or is it a set? Also how hard wearing is the material? Just out of interest you realise.

Thanks for suggestions guys.

tenbears10, Well I never really used it in rough outdoor places but I understand the outer layer is polyester which is about as tough as it gets. It also has a 'GORE-TEX Thornguard' drop-liner fabric underneath this to combat the problem of thorns puncturing Goretex etc. Looking around on their web site and other sites this model has been made for a long time and seems a proven garment for this type of use. Check out the Musto web site for more info. I would probably not split them because they are matching materials etc and really work together. I am not really trying to sell it here
as such, just to feel out best places, so perhaps better if you pm me if you want to know more  Maybe I will put it in the Classified also.

Cheers
