On Sunday 31st March The Bushcraft Magazine are running an advanced foraging course. It will be run just outside of Ashford in Kent.
The course will cover groups of plants that can be more difficult to identify such as the umbelliferae family. It will also look at plants in early stages of growth looking for identifying features.
After the forage we will be looking at family groups, and cook up anything we have found
