Adding lanyard tube to Mora

Just bought my first ever mora to scratch an itch. It has no lanyard hole so i was going to add one by drilling and heat inserting one. Anyone ever done this successfully or indeed any other method ?

If it’s solid plastic does it even need lining?

I wouldn't bother heat inserting it.

Just drill it half a mil undersize and push the tube in and the friction will grip it plenty.

Good call, but as Stew said if is solid may not need a tube

First thing I did with my Mora Companion. Just drill through the plastic.
