a few pics from my walk thismorning in the campsie hills.
i was trying to get to the dumgoyne(if thats how you spell it) hill but am new to this & didnt know where to start, still unsure what is private land & what i'm allowed to walk on, was always waiting on someone coming out & chase me away....never happened tho so that was good.
i forgot to lift cotton balls b4 i left the house so i struggled to start a fire as everything was soaking with the snow, had carried my own fire wood & everything....no coffee for me then....was lookin forward to a cup aswell, was going to use snow for the water but it wasnt to be.
my destination, a hill in the capsies.
already bleary eyed & not even above ground level.....well it is just past eight in the morning after a 50 min drive!!
about half way up, getting there.
pics dont show how steep it was but here's an idea.
had to result to an energy drink due to my inability to start a fire for a brew....embarrasing but i'll learn.
never made it to the top, commence the slagging now!!!
my descent route!!
