A valiant effort ends in tragedy

It was really sad to hear that Henry Worsley died after being airlifted out 30 miles short of his goal of completing a crossing of the Antarctic unaided a 100 years after his hero Ernest Shackleton tried but likewise failed.

Was reading about this today, very sad and a hardy effort on his part. Sadly not all adventure ends in success & plaudits.
