A scandi

I finnished a scandi for an old working buddy, that turns 70 next weekend..
The steel is 26C carbonsteel. With handle in Blackash, African blackwood and reindeer antler.
Blade 165 mm long and 25 mm wide.

That's lovely man! thanks for sharing. Did you make the round cap with handtools or with sanding machines? I always fail at making the pieces fit.

I made it with my grinder, bandsaw and dremel.

It can be a little tricky. But take it in small steps and test often for fit.
