I find that if I am getting wound up and fragy then an hour or 24 in the woods really calms me down ... I need my tree time!
Alone helps
Interestingly enough, the guys I work with at the Care Farm all seem to relish going into the woods and visiting the "Bushcraft Camp" - even the most agitated calm down up there. One guy will just curl into the roots of a tree and chill out for as long as I can let him
