November's here, the weather's closing in & I thought I'd share a few images from our trips to our Fritidshus in Halsingland, Sweden.
Not much bushy stuff this time as there have been a few jobs to do along with a lot of enjoying peace & quiet (I'd forgotten what that is).
Here's one of the regular visitors to the hay meadow directly behind our cabin.
I have spent some time out in the forest with Rolo
& spent time on the water, both in my canoe
& flyfishing from a float tube
I've taken Mrs Labrador to Jarvzoo where we saw these youngsters frolicking in the sun
And we've cooked some great meals over an open fire in the garden.
The tripod was made for me by Launditch1 at his forge in North Norfolk. I'd asked him to add a decorative twist to the legs & to make a matching poker as well. It proved to be one of the best things we took out to Sweden, fantastic in both form & function. If anyone's thinking about a campfire tripod I can only suggest that you get in touch with him, you'll not be disappointed! :You_Rock_
(I have no connection other than being a very happy customer)
