Roasted on an open fire wild boar, warthog or bush pig, depending where you are, with roast potato, sweet potato, tuba, again depending where you are, with a selection of wild herbs from the area.
Wild honey on home made bread to follow and a cup of fresh coffee.
Fish could be a course from the local river with boiled potatoes and veg.

when i am home (NWT Canada) it has to be fresh fish, trout, salmon does not matter butterflied to a piece of driftwood. Boiled tatts and green beans all washed down with ice cold water from the lake. After this sit back with a nice cup of coffee and snooze.
