Saturday we were out doing errands & a bit of shopping on the 1st sunny weekend for a while. The snow was still on the fields, so we took a detour along the pilgrims way on the way home. It was nice to get off the tarmac the weather had stopped some people being complete idiots on the roads & now they were out making up for lost time.

Tea is served on a solid oak tray (recent) the kettle & mugs are weel time served
then just a pleasant interlude sipping hot tea & enjoying the view. Well sheltered from the breeze by the high hedges
Traffic was busy here as well a couple of walkers & a single walker came past in about half an hour.
