I did a bit more work on it today
Marking out the blade, cut with disc

More fettling and fitting (hazel crook)
Starting to repair the bevels with the tormek. The steel is too thick to clamp into their jigs so had to do it freehand
I am thinking of using one of those ikea type bolt to barrel-nut fasteners to hold the blade, either that or a para cord wrap with a wedge. This one is too big to use jubilee clips...
The edge isnt burned blue btw, just strop residue.....
