I've found these near me and I think they are Alexanders, but being of the Umbelifer family and not near the coast I have a .01% doubt. I've double checked on Wild Food Mentor, the leaves and flowers look right, the newer flowers have the covering and it's leaves smell of a hint of celery (but I'm also reminded of fresh (citrus) Lime leaves too).
Naturally, any advice given is at my own risk etc...Thanks in advance...
