2 Ingredient Cake

I'm always looking for different and alternative ways to cook.
I found a cake that uses just 2 ingredients to make a chocolate cake.
I made the chocolate version on camp last weekend and it worked really well.
this time I used the vanilla sponge version.
the 2 ingredients are a box of cake mix and a fizzy drink - i used cream soda because i like the vanilla taste.

Anyone else tried this or any other quick recipe?

I made some 2 ingredient bread a few months back which worked very well - flour and yogurt.

Obviously the filling isn't included in the ingredient list!

Mother used to do a dry mix ( stored in a plastic container) she just mixed with water, and baked in a double walled ( or two tins, one inside another ) on top of a Primus.

Same principle as your modern version!

Try it, if you want a cake without the long ingredient list!
