For you consideration I offer 1 removed (and drilled out at the top) Les Reeves Curly Maple Nessmuk Axe and two spare (unused) Hickory Nessmuk Axe Handles with wedges included under the tape

Price drop ....All 3 for £30 package deal

A couple of wood turners have shown real interest in the Curly Maple. Someone else said that the curly birch one is just stained. I don't know the answer, I think staining is unlikely given Les Reeves reputation so I've included a pic of the inside of the removed maple handle.

All 3 handles are not that hard wood and you can indent them with you finger nail.
