01 Knife Blade by Everything Mac

Everything Mac (Andy) saw an axe mask I made on BCUK & asked me to make him one, rather than money change hands I asked him to make me a blade, I love my Svord Peasant knife, but wanted something sturdier but still street legal this is what he sent me, It is about 2.9 inches long, 4.5 mm thick in 01 tool steel, with longer top spur the finish is exactly as I wanted, I could not be more pleased ...

It will take some time to make the scales etc.

The blade started life as a 2.5x4" piece of 01. It was then forged to shape and had the details ground in.
I had planned to work on it some more but got called offshore.

I think it is a cracking wee knife if I do say so myself.

Nice looking blade.
I'd love to see the step by step handling as I'm planning two of these as a Scouts project
when we resume after the summer (Summer?).
