I've just finished the knife below
It was made as a cross between a bush type and a skinner with full tang and 2 brass pins
It is made from 2mm x 20mm x 175mm 01 steel
Worked, then twice hardened to non magnetic
Finally tempered to 200ºC for 1 hour
Blade finished on a steel and the handle is Danish oiled
Its sharp but I will leave it to you to put a shave sharp edge on it if required. As with all my knives it already does a feather stick OK and will hold an edge
