Post a pic of knife .If you want a scandi type sheath - over a wood scabbard form and stich leather while wet , else you can preform then stich and just cut off the welt later but you will have a raised welt on the sheath .Remember to allow for shrinkage
All you need is metal dessert bowls and a clamp , wet the leather and clamped it between the two bowls overnight , trimmed off the excess and reinforced the handle with double layer of veg tan leather.... done .

Always fancied a kuksa but with our hard African woods that fight back carving one has never appealed to me , made a batch of bags happy to swop a bushcraft pouch for a kuksa need not be fancy just a nice wood cup .
We make a lot of bat boxes to add to house eaves and trees , instead of cutting grooves in the back panel we just cover the back panel with shade cloth it works great as some of the smaller species battle to enter the boxes if the grooves are too wide apart . also our boxes are flatter shoe box...
