Folding saw - cheap might not get much use

Lidl sell half decent ones fairly regularly, they're about 2.99 or so, and have ways worked well for all I'll need from it.

Wanted, Empty shot gun cases please

I can ask him to leave me out a bag if the owner is down checking the place. Postage shouldn't be an issue, couriers are offering distance collection and drop offs.

    Axes, hultafors length advice please

Thanks all, as for making things, I'm not that talented i'm afraid, it's off the shelf or nothing for me. I think the 52cm is a good enough shout, it's not going to be knocking down giant redwoods or anything close, and I have a small hatchet already. The 52cm should hang quite nicely on the...

    Alternative to Craghopper winter trousers?

Do you mind me asking where you saw them at that price? I wear them for work but constantly put holes in them. They're easily the best vfm I've found too, normally buy them in debenhams January sale for £25 or so.

Best AA / AAA torch needed without breaking the bank

I've had a couple of them, they haven't proved to be terribly robust I have to admit.

Best AA / AAA torch needed without breaking the bank

I see mention of led lensers, I've run a p7 for years and it has been more reliable than my surefire and other supposedly high end lights. The only other light as robust is my fenix 10 lumen cheapie thing I can't remember the name of!!

    CRV or X-Trail.

I have a cr-v albeit 2008 but it's bomb proof and pretty good off road. I have had mine through a quarry in icy water deep enough to set off the parking sensors with zero issues. Service it once a year, sails through mot every year. Non turbo engine, chain drive so no need to worry about timing...

Sizing is definitely small, I ordered a large which is what I'd wear in most items but there was no chance!!

Tent for motorbike camping wanted, also tips!!

i suppose it'll be ok for a bit of escapism!! i think with the width of the two panniers taken into account I should have space for most tents although I am trying to keep it to 60cm or so lengthwise. Any suggestions for a folding chair which packs small?

Tent for motorbike camping wanted, also tips!!

Fair points, I can bring the rucksack packed away I suppose. Tank bags are very handy to be fair and the backrest idea is very good, thanks for that. The big hold-all I have should be perfect actually as long as the soft stuff is packed closest to my back!
