Yeah I’d even go as far as saying I preferred most of the Wetterlings axes over the Gransfors and I’ve had most of the Gränsfors at some time and moved most of them on again.
Ive noticed there prices have shot up a lot since they stopped making them.
And they have become fairly collectible
Such a shame because they were excellent axes. My advice would be keep an eye on eBay I was lucky and managed to pick one up last year.

I didn’t use it much the way it came from the factory really didn’t get on with the unusual shaped handle.
