Do every wood burner in use need to be tested for the emissions rate by some authority, and pass, like cars (older than 3 years) must pass MOT every year?

It seems will take some time drying the wet woods in the bins. I guess they will be fully dry by next summer and with heatwave weather.

Did more cleaning the billhooks, but used angle grinder for light cleaning the surface rust rather than molasses, vinegar or cola. The engraving DUTO sounds like Spanish or Portuguese, but still no clues to what it means. Just guessing it is someone's name or initials.
