Good luck with THAT one - you prove an element of dishonesty as laid out in R v GHOSH and I'll eat my hat. And yours, if you like.
The OP has very little to worry about - all that remains is for him to return to the Police Station and ask for his property back. He has not committed any...
Ive been a Police Officer for nine years, and this March I passed a promotion exam in the top 4% of the country. Trust me on this, ignorance of an offence is not a defence.
Wow, I've read some inaccurate advise on the Internet before, but this is downright dangerous.
Your statement about a lack of knowledge of an illegal activity is utterly incorrect I'm afraid. I'm sure the OP is grateful for your attempt at helping his situation, but an A Level in 'Law' doesn't...
Splendid day today - if anyone is umm-ing and arr-ing about going then I would say do - well worth it to float around and chat to nice folk. Some lovely bits for sale - I was SO tempted by the damascus spork - and useful to pick up a few nick nacks... Weather's better tomorrow as well!

Have a look at the 5.11 Rush 12 or 24 - I have a Rush 12 which replaced a Maxped PFII and I much prefer the 5.11 - a really great bit of kit. It needs a waist belt in my opinion - it has loops to add one, but isn't supplied with a belt.
You could easily do a group buy thing for these - a couple of quid for a few square feet of foil and some tape - it would pay for yours and then some. I'd have one in a flash!
Love the squarer of the b and w pics of the hammock and the trees - would be lovely wallpaper for my iPad - any chance of a link to the 'big' file?
Thanks for the post!
Folks, I'm after a UK source of high quality side release buckles and webbing in various sizes and colours. I can find sites selling one but not the other, and vice versa. Any recommendations?
