Chris Reeve Shadow III. Survival Knife.

I've got one of the 3 here, and it isn't mine - but I haven't been able to make contact with the actual owner in well over a decade (and the rest).

    Group Buy Pressure canners.

That's still alumin(i)um bar the base, but I'd definitely go for one that handled induction.

    I'd assumed so.

    Biggest Life Lesson

Hmm. I think I'd go further than that - if you're self-employed, don't rely on the NHS, get private medical insurance. I was almost completely out of commission through spinal damage for about 2 years. Absolutely no support from the NHS, nor any benefits.

    The old Britishblades forum

London Eye IIRC. Never really understood the point of the fake stories - cui bono?

Gathering enough food to live off the land for a year

Ah, OK - didn't realise it had a ballistic calculator as well as the LRF.

    Soft and silent waterproof jacket?

I've been using a Torrent the last few years and I can't fault it. Recently got a good deal on a Monsoon smock too, so that's become my around-the-horses waterproof (normally I downgrade an older jacket for that abuse).

    Why the different date formats?

Nah. Year/Month/Day makes sorting far easier :)

Edge regrind from scandi to convex

Less of a regrind, more of a resharpen with that profile. While it could be done on a belt, equally there's no real reason why a jigged sharpener couldn't do the job. https://support.wickededgeusa.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-create-a-convex-edge for example. Freehand too, depends on how...

    Home brew

And the style of beer - I've been brewing some highly carbonated stuff recently. And TBH, I calculate a sugar solution and dose according to the intended vols of CO2... But that starts to get a bit geeky.

    Home brew

The usual is to feed the beer about 1tsp of sugar (or whatever) per pt when bottling; the remaining yeast will feed on that and generate CO2. Or you can be a lazy git and keg the stuff with forced CO2 :)

    Ignore Function

There's an addon available, otherwise it's a direct query of the database.

    The old Britishblades forum

Meh, I sold on my other Design Team UKPK.

    Big knives

Not quite. They prohibit any blade, but good reason can be a valid defence - there's an exemption for folding, non-locking blades under 3" in length. But even then you can be charged for carrying it if there's believed to be grounds. The knife/axe/saw combination is mostly about bushcraft...

    UK bushcrafters with firearms...

That seems a touch.... Incoherent. How do they feel about very tightly-focused flashlights?

    WIld boar, other vermin control....

Who would make this air rifle from pellpax.co.uk?

Mk1 HW77... Never had it, always held onto the cocking arm while loading.
