Anyone know about Barbour colours?

I’ve tried to match a hood to my Barbour Moorland in brown by looking at loads of pics and also matching the tartan. But it’s nowhere near the earthy brown of the coat.

Does anyone know of a hood that actually matches?

I don't know about Barbours, but had a similar situation with an old Carhartt jacket. Ended up going with an intentionally different black hood as colour matching the materials was proving impossible. I suppose possible with waxing to match over time, but I just couldn't be bothered with that.

It may be something I just have to get used to, while realising it’ll keep me dry regardless of the colour.

Waxed stuff is notoriously difficult to photograph, as I’ve found out with 3 Barbour jackets I’ve bought and one I sold. The only Barbour hood that looked correct is a lightweight in Sand colour, but the lightweight studs are smaller than standard so that was a no go.
