Hi Woodstock, I tried to buy two bottles of SS bug oil a few minutes ago via PayPal. I sent you a payment of £8 mistakenly. Could I have two bottles please? Please can you let me know how much extra I owe you for postage. The name on the PayPal transaction is Geraint Jones. Thanks.

What's new in the barefoot shoe world?

The boulder boots look good and there is a UK stockist.

Do the Freet Mudees have a waterproof liner? I’m tempted by these.

Venus and Jupiter….worth watching the sky tonight

There was a wonderful view of this here. I sat atop a hill with the sunset before me, the full moon rising at my back and then they appeared in the still quite light sky about WNW. Venus was very bright.

Using the Polish Poncho in the atrocious weather it was designed for...

I just find it too small, I can't stretch out and very dark and poky. Tried to like it a few times but then gave up

    Offa's Dyke Walk

I did that route in reverse a few years ago. Glorious. I'm sure you'll enjoy the experience.

Another Tentipi 7 or 9 thread

I have a Tentipi 7. It will sleep four adults comfortably enough but there is not much room to spare. I would say it is enough for your needs and would take a stove too. A nice compromise between manageable and reasonably roomy. The 9 really is a big beast.
