    I have the same problem, but then i am an idiot, bought a cheap rod rest so i (thought) i would be able to keep rifle steady, no point in adjusting scope if you cant be sure you are the same length away and steady, still couldnt get it right! so i heath robinsoned a two V rest to set the rifle...

    So far its a weird year!!

    I am just outside London but far enough not to hear the Olympics, had a forage the other day, wild plums have finished and rotting on the floor, elderberry's ready , full sun blackberry's read AND cobs ready!! weird year!! just noticed an elderberry bush with fruit and flowers!!! no fungi around...

    Giant puffball

    I found a circle of VERY large puffballs a couple of years ago, picked the biggest, (typical) and cooked it ala river cottage, it was absolutely horrible!!!! it tasted like i had cooked it in fairy liquid!!! proper turned me off them!!

    Crabs/lobsters/shrimps

    Hi all, newbie here so please be gentle, just wanted to ask, i am of to the Isle of Wight this weekend, made myself a crab/lobster pot out of old freezer shelves from an old freezer (Will post pics if it works, hide in corner if it doesn't) plastic coated so rust proof, pretty sure of bait...
