    Have you considered a syderco triangular sharpener? I am not great at sharpening with a stone but they are very easy to use and effective. I can shave with my knives. DD xxx

    it's an assegai pike. The Zulu had a name for the assegai it was called an Ik- wah (that spelling is phonetic). That was the sound it made when you stuck someone and pulled it out. very interesting tactics also with this and the large cowhide shield. DD xxx

    Is "preparedness" a state of mind?

    I would suggest that it is not about news but more to reinforce a narrative by repetition. If scarcity (real or not) is the latest thing then there are many new laws, measures and restrictions that could be brought in on the back of it. Just a thought. DD xx
