The game is now available free to download from www.eRiver.webeden.co.uk

I realise its not quite as good as the real thing, but at least allows you to explore from your office chair!

The daily download limit is around 50 hits per day to download directly from my site, I have put up a P2P mirror site just in case this limit is exceeded again -
eRiver is only available for PC's at this time, sorry to any Mac users

Just downloaded it and started playing. Wasn't expecting to have to wait 12 hours before I can do anything though . Seems like a fun game and I was quite excited about playing it, but I like to immerse myself in a game rather than play for 10 minutes and have to wait till the next day. I think a skip button would go a long way, but I will give it a go and see what I think.

It does take a while to get used to the concept of only playing for 15 minutes a day!

This is a game that can take 365 days to complete, unless you manage to canoe the 8000 miles a little quicker
You can of course, revisit once an hour to review your photos to gain extra points/eRiver dollars - its all about the strategy
