Not tried this yet but will be -another recipe to add to the Ramson blessing at this time of year.

Ramson and peanut butter is a surprisingly good taste combination, who would have thought it.

Just going to bump some of these odder Recipes for those that want to try something off piste this year.

Ok I’m giving this a try but struggling to convert oz to ml
115oz of soy works out as 3litres on the conversion sites I’ve looked at but the recipe says to use a bottle of your favourite, a 3 litre bottle?
8oz ransoms equaled 237g
In my defence I was out last night!

Try 30 ml to to a fluid ounce. It’s near enough.

So I’m thinking the recipe means 1.15 oz (34ml)which doesn’t seem much and he stores it in a quart jar so it can’t be 115oz?

Just watched the vid he uses a small bottle of soy and not what I’d say was 226g of ransoms, sod it I’ll give it a go

11.5 oz..... if that's American, then it's just a normal sized bottle of soy sauce.
Ours works out at 250ml is pretty close to 8 fluid ounces.

Embarassed to admit I read this as Damson Soy and came here wondering "Why would anyone ever want to do that?".
Wild garlic on the other hand, heck yes, go for it.

Think of Damsons as plums though, and plum sauce is pretty good ....even with ransoms
