Anvil Advice

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at buying an anvil that is out of town and would prefer to get an idea what it might be before I commit. Any info on the pictured anvil would be good, seller seems to know nothing and marking are very faint. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also when I asked if it had a high pitched ring the answer was "Probably more on the dull. But does seem to have a good bounce" is this a sign of delamination?
